CONTACT is committed to providing support and resources for all types of life-challenges and crisis. We help anyone who comes to us, but we also work to educate our community about what causes a crisis, how to cope in a crisis and how to provide hope for those in a crisis situation.
As part of this commitment we believe education and awareness are crucial in seeking and providing help for those in need.
CONTACT receives approximately 40,000 calls each year. Our help lines are answered 24/7 by a caring person trained to help connect people to the support they need to resolve a problem or crisis. We do not turn people away and our services are always free.
Our ability to make an immediate difference is why we are the first place people turn to when they need help.
